- If you receive regular payments into your account, please provide the sender with alternative account details.
- If you use your account to pay for subscriptions, e.g. Netflix or Spotify, or have Direct Debits set up with other companies, please provide those services with alternative payment details as well.

Important Notice about your E-money account and Personal Funds
Following the notice that was sent to you in November about the termination of your e-money agreement with us, our services will no longer be available on the 12th April 2024. This is because we have made the difficult decision to close Koto Card Limited (trading as The Credit Thing).

What do I need to do?
After the 12th April 2024, you will need to contact Prepay Technologies Limited if you would like your funds refunded to another account. They are our trusted payment services partner and have always been responsible for protecting your card and account since you opened your account.
In order to obtain your refund you may be required to provide information about your identity with your request to TheCreditThingCS@edenred.com
We would also like to take a moment to say thank you for using The Credit Thing. We endeavoured to create an accessible financial services product with a great customer experience that welcomed everyone, especially those that were unable to get similar financial services elsewhere. We wanted to disrupt the UK financial services market in a positive way, but sadly we were unable to complete our mission and sustain the business.
